Enterprise · price by agreement

Earn more from what your whole company knows, on terms your IT can sign.

Tracebrain reads the tools and conversations where your company's work happens and answers where it can earn more, with the evidence behind each answer. Enterprise is the same brain for a larger company: management levels, identity and governance, with the price and the terms agreed with you.

Why Enterprise

The larger the company, the more there is to earn between its departments.

A deal in sales, a promise in delivery and an invoice in finance are one piece of money that nobody sees whole. Each answer names the client or contract, what it is worth, and the lines it came from.

SalesWhich deals to reopen, and what each one is worth.
DeliveryWhat a client asked for that nobody quoted.
FinanceWhat was delivered and has not been invoiced yet.
ProcurementWhich supplier contracts have terms you could still use.

Answers with a number are asked of an assistant over MCP today, and a nightly pass that finds them unasked is in early access. What can be read depends on the sources connected: see each one and where it stands.

What Enterprise includes

What your IT, security and legal will ask, and where each one stands.

Sign-in and identity

PlannedSingle sign-on over SAML and OIDC: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace.
PlannedSCIM: people are added and removed from your directory, and leavers lose access the same day.
PlannedVerified company domains, and multi-factor sign-in required for everyone.

Management levels

LiveAdmin and member roles. Only an admin invites, buys or deletes the company's data, and a removed member loses access with their next session token.
PlannedLevels that follow your org chart: company, department and team, each with its own admins.
PlannedAccess by department: what a team's conversations teach stays visible to the people you decide, with leadership seeing across.
PlannedCustom roles, a read-only auditor among them, and several workspaces under one company for subsidiaries or regions.

Governance

LiveEach member chooses which chats are read. In a shared vault, a chat nobody ticked is never opened.
LiveConnectors only read: they send nothing, join nothing and mark nothing as read.
LiveEverything downloads at any time, as Markdown that opens in Obsidian.
PlannedAn audit log of who read and changed what, exported to your SIEM.
PlannedRetention rules per source, legal hold, and rules for what is never read.
PlannedAn admin view of adoption and of what the brain found, by department. Never a ranking of people.

Data and AI

LiveVaults hosted in Germany, a separate vault per company, encrypted in transit, and access tokens encrypted at rest.
LiveEach AI run works inside one vault with no shell, and ordinary code verifies what it proposes before it is saved. Passwords and card numbers are masked before a model reads a line.
LiveMCP, so your own assistants ask the brain directly.
PlannedA dedicated server, in a region you choose.
PlannedYour own model key, zero retention at the model provider, and encryption keys you hold.
PlannedAn independent audit: SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

Contract and support

In the contractA price per company, annual billing by invoice, and your terms where we can sign them.
In the contractA data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses, and answers to your security questionnaire.
In the contractSetup done with you, a named contact, and response times written down.
In the contractThe connectors you need first put at the front of the queue.

Live works in production today. In the contract is what we agree with you in writing. Planned is not built yet, and is built in the order enterprise customers need it.

How it works

From a first call to a signed contract.

A callWhere your company's work happens, what you would want to earn more from, and what your IT requires.
A security reviewWe answer your questionnaire and say plainly what is live and what is not.
A pilotOne department, its chosen sources, and the answers it gets in the first weeks.
A contractThe price, the terms and the dates for what you need built, written down.

FAQ

Questions enterprise buyers ask.

How much does Enterprise cost?

It is agreed with you, on a call: it depends on the number of people, the sources and what goes in the contract. For comparison, Team is $99 per month per workspace and can be bought today.

Do you have SSO and SCIM today?

Not yet. Both are planned, and they are the first things we would build for an enterprise customer. If your company needs them before anything else, say so on the call and we will give you a date to put in the contract.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

No. Tracebrain itself holds no certification yet. The data centre that holds the vaults is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, and our sign-in, database, hosting and analytics providers are audited to SOC 2 Type 2; the Privacy Policy names each one with its certificate.

Where is our data, and who processes it?

The vaults are on a server in Germany. Some providers, the AI model among them, process data in the United States and elsewhere, under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The Privacy Policy lists them, and a dedicated server in a region you choose is planned.

Does the AI model train on our data?

We do not train AI models of our own on it. The model provider handles what it receives under its own terms, linked in the Privacy Policy; a written commitment on training and retention is something to settle in your security review, and your own model key is planned.

Can managers use it to watch their people?

No, and that is on purpose. An answer names a client, a contract, a project or a line of work and what it is worth. Nothing in it measures a person's effort, and management levels decide who can read what, not who gets scored. Each member chooses which of their chats are read.

Can we start before signing anything?

Yes. A department can start on Team today and move to a contract later, with the same vault. Tracebrain for companies says what a company gets now.
