Why
The extra the client mentioned on a Friday, the second shop opening in November, the quote that was never followed up. Each one is money, said once, in a chat nobody re-reads. The brain reads every chat every night and asks what each one is worth.
The handover document holds what they remembered to write down. With a record per client, by project, the person who takes over reads one note and picks the thread up the same day, before the client notices.
Each assistant learns a little about the company and keeps it to itself. With one brain they all read, Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent answers from what the company actually said, and the company keeps the answer.

Encrypted in transit, hosted in Germany, read-only by design, one isolated vault per company and per person. An answer is about a client, a contract, a project or a line of work, never about a person's effort. Every claim here is one you can check.
Pricing
Team is $99 per month per workspace, 5 seats included and $15 a month for each further seat. Solo is $20 per month, after 7 days free: a card is taken when the trial starts and charged when it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
