Company memory for teams that work in Telegram and WhatsApp.
Tracebrain is company memory for teams that work in Telegram and WhatsApp: it reads the conversations your team already has, with clients and with each other, and keeps what was decided, promised and paid, by client and by project, so the history stays with the company when people leave.
The gap
Your company brain is reading the wrong app.
Every company is being told it needs a brain: one place where what the company knows outlives whoever happens to know it. The products that sell one are good, and they all read the same things: Slack, Google Drive, Notion, email, meeting recordings.
That is not where many teams work. Agencies run each client in WhatsApp. Startups in Ukraine and across Central and Eastern Europe run on Telegram while the official Slack sits half empty. In Brazil, India and much of Africa, business happens in WhatsApp. When the work happens in messengers, a company brain that reads Slack is reading the wrong app, and the decisions, the prices and the promises made to clients stay in somebody's phone.

Checked on 29 September 2026 against each vendor's connector pages. Of 28 company-brain products checked, none reads Telegram; Glean's 94 connectors include neither Telegram nor WhatsApp. TeleBrain is here because it does read Telegram, for a different job: it turns one person's groups into a wiki rather than keeping a team's memory.

When people leave
The history stays with the company.
When an account lead leaves, the handover document holds what they remembered to write down. The rest is in their phone: the discount agreed in March, the deadline the client moved, the invoice that was paid in cash, the reason the second landing page exists. The person who takes over finds out by being surprised in front of the client.
With Tracebrain, the conversations your team has for the company build the company's memory as they happen, by client and by project, written by nobody. A handover is reading one note. So is a Monday morning, a client call you were not on, or the question “what did we promise them?”, asked of a colleague or of Claude.

Questions people ask.
Is there a company brain for teams that use Telegram instead of Slack?
Tracebrain is built for exactly that: it reads Telegram and WhatsApp, where the company brains we checked read Slack, Teams, documents and email. Teams are in early access; the form above is how to join.
Does it read group chats?
Not yet. Today it reads the one-to-one chats of each person who connects, which is where a client thread between an account lead and a client usually lives. Groups are on the roadmap, and early-access teams decide how soon.
Who in the team sees what?
A team workspace has one memory, and every member of the workspace reads it. Each person also keeps a personal profile of their own, which the team does not see. You choose which account you connect to which.
Can our AI assistants use the team's memory?
Yes. Tracebrain has an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client can ask it what was promised to a client, what was paid and who is on a project, and write back: a task, a project, somebody added to one, a line in the day's note once that day is written up. See how it works.
Is WhatsApp safe to connect for a business number?
WhatsApp connects as a linked device, the way WhatsApp Web does; it is not WhatsApp's official Business API. Start with one number before you connect the line your business depends on.
What happens when someone leaves?
What their conversations already taught the team's memory stays in it: the client notes, the decisions, the promises and the payments, by client and by project. The person who takes over reads one note instead of six weeks of someone else's chats.
How much will it cost?
The team price is not set yet; we are setting it with the first design partners. Tracebrain for one person costs $20 per month.
